News Release: May 14, 2008

TUCSON — The Daniel Patterson for State Rep campaign turned in voters’ signatures today and qualified for the Democratic primary ballot in Legislative District 29.

Patterson’s campaign is financially strong and will finish collecting clean elections donations by the end of the month, then qualify for clean elections funding shortly thereafter.

“I’m in to win, to solve problems, help people and build bridges for change,” says Patterson. “I’m running to help education, the economy, health care, the environment and other concerns because I love Tucson, and I’m optimistic about Arizona’s future with new leaders in the State House. I have a proven track record of positive public service in Tucson and LD29.” He adds, “I’m confident about this race, and will continue to campaign hard. I thank our supporters and ask for your vote in the primary.”

Patterson for AZ House campaign enjoying strong support

News Release: Feb 2008

TUCSON — The Daniel Patterson for Arizona House of Representatives (D-LD29) campaign has maxed out on early campaign fund raising. Running as a clean elections candidate, Patterson has raised over $3800 in early funds and is #1 on the LD29 House money list.

“I’m in to win, and I’m very pleased with peoples’ support for my positive campaign,” said Daniel Patterson. “I’m running to win in district 29 because I love Tucson and Arizona, and to help Democrats gain the majority in the House. I will serve in the Legislature for the common good to solve problems and build bridges for change.”

Patterson was the invited guest Jan 28 at the Democrats of Greater Tucson, where he gave a campaign speech to frequent applause. He campaigned at the State Capitol February 6 as part of Environment Day.

Daniel and volunteers are walking neighborhoods in LD29 to talk with neighbors and gather signatures and $5 clean elections donations. Patterson and volunteers collected hundreds of signatures and dozens of $5 donations outside LD29 polls on Feb 5 during the Arizona Presidential Primary.
